Frequently asked questions

How do I restore my subscription?

Open Focus Tracker, go to the paywall (for example by restarting the app), and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription will be restored if it’s still active. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone or iPad: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, select Focus Tracker, then cancel. You can keep using the app until the end of the current billing period.

What’s included in the free trial?

You get full access to Focus Tracker for 3 days—unlimited projects, all insights, and every feature. No charge until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial in Settings → Subscriptions.

My timer didn’t save. What can I do?

You can edit any session: open the project, find the time entry, and tap it to change the start or end time. That way you can correct sessions where you forgot to stop the timer.

Is my data stored securely?

Your projects and time entries are stored on your device. We don’t collect or store your personal data on our servers unless we clearly say so (for example in a future sync feature). For subscription handling we use Apple and RevenueCat; see our Privacy Policy for details.
